To get to the biggest and busiest city of Denmark you first have to wake up on time. Did that go well? Actually it did, we even had breakfast lol.
While the casual human beings went to Køge by bus, the not so casual beings went by stopping. Here once again, was proven that people of Denmark are truly kind because it didn't take long for the first car to stop and grab them to Køge.
From there we went by train to Copenhagen.
When we arrived we were immediately greeted by long lines of bikes. It's funny we didn't mention it earlier but in Denmark bikes are really popular, maybe it's because of the flat landscapes or just overall healthiness. We wanted to rent out some to move faster in the city but when we looked at the prices, we quickly forgot about it.
Just for you to picture:
You pay around two euros from Frýdlant nad Ostravicí to Ostrava Main Station (38 km).
Here you pay ten euros to get from Strøby Egede to Copenhagen (40 km).
The prices here are way up and so is the Danish income.
We ventured out of the train station more into the centre, found a lot of shops, from secondhand clothing to comic books (coming back for smt for sure) and even went to Nyhavn, which is famous for for it's colorful 17th–18th century townhouses and picturesque harbor.
We were really hungry by then, thus we went for some fried rice with chicken. The waitress was sweet old asian lady that improved our stay.
From a harbor full of sound and people we wanted something tranquil, more natural and that is precisely why we went to Operaparken.
Beautiful park with coffee shop right in the middle.
Unfortunately, on the way there one of us was starting to feel a bit ill, me.
Accompanied by my trusted friend Jarek we separated and went back, while the others stayed in Copenhagen.
We regrouped back home and enjoyed a nice dinner of pasta, pesto, and cheese.
End of chapter 3.
